I have an established relationship with a team of professionals for almost every need: architects, contractors, crate boxing and moving providers, chefs, valet services, insurance providers and more. If I don’t, I know how to find them. My clients highly appreciate the service I provide which results in a memory take-away. I am extremely experienced and know Nevada the back of my hand. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years and frequently visit family Reno-Tahoe. I will advise my clients if I feel it is not a right fit for them. When your professional life or career keeps you busy working over 60 hours per week, often evenings and weekends, you have little to no time to manage personal affairs. Keeping you private.
It is most important to stay hidden. I arrange complete privacy for all aspects of the transaction. Most of my clients have either spoken with or have attorneys on staff. Additionally, I can assist clients by introducing them with local attorneys to create specific documents, like trusts, so their identity remains confidential not only throughout our transaction, but also in the titling of the property. Besides me personally, my office broker is the only other person that has access to the file. My title officer is accustomed to working with my high profile, celebrity clients and makes specific arrangements for the transaction documents to only be handled by one person through the title process. I conceal trust management names from all other parties involved in the transaction (i.e. contractors, inspectors, etc.) and have all billing handled through one recorded source.
My secret.
I frequently have “pocket listings” - listings that aren’t on the market or never make it to the market in the first place. My trusted relationships know I can move properties without the traditional system so there’s no competition at all. When properties are on the market, I use my Fast Sales System (for client knowledge only). It's not uncommon for me to submit an offer on a home with lots of competition of multiple offers, and get those deals for less because I have strategies and techniques that consistently make deals close and that more convenient for the seller to sell their home faster. It is uncommon to submit for less and get those deals, especially for multiple cash offers in the millions.
